What Makes Hemp Seed Oil So Special?
Hemp seeds are a rich powerhouse source of essential nutrients, including complete protein, all omega fatty acids, vitamins and minerals. Hemp is nutrition dense, being especially high in protein at 31.6g per100g, by comparison with seeds such as chia at 16.5g per100g, sunflower 20.89g per 100g and flax 18.3g per100g.
Most seeds contain a high fat content and different seeds have different profiles of fatty acids. Hemp seeds contain an optimal 3:1 ratio of omega 6-3 and around 5% of the omega 6 component is in the form of GLA (Gamma Linolenic acid), known for it’s anti-inflammatory properties. In terms of minerals, many seeds vary, for example, hemp seed is higher in magnesium than say chia.
Hemp seeds and the omega-rich oil cold pressed from them are a valuable addition to a healthy varied diet and lifestyle.
Recommended Dosage
Tests are still to come in but this is very strong.
Our suggested dose is to start on a low, 2 or 3 drops, give it 2 or 3 hours and then slowly increase dose, I take a 1/2 ml dose 3 times a day and find it very effective.
.Normal recommended does is 1 ml x 3 times a day giving you 10 days HOWEVER !
